Kelisonic?超聲波清洗機(jī)

• 在超聲波清洗槽內(nèi)加入自來水,或者超聲波清洗液；液位高于或等于清洗池內(nèi)槽高度的1/2,啟動(dòng)定時(shí)器開始清洗零部件。

• 將所需清洗的零部件放入超聲波清洗機(jī)內(nèi)，零部品擺放不重疊，保證零件完全被超聲波清洗液淹沒。
  

• 啟動(dòng)超聲波清洗機(jī)，一般定時(shí)清洗5~30分鐘，清洗完畢后關(guān)閉超聲波，取出零部件進(jìn)行后處理。
  

• 利用高壓空氣將零部件表面的殘留物去除，利用高壓空氣將孔道內(nèi)的殘留物去除。需要防銹的部件另行處理。
  

• 超聲波清洗機(jī)嚴(yán)禁槽內(nèi)無水開機(jī)，為保證清洗效果，要及時(shí)更換超聲波清洗液。
